What we collect
When you send a form on this site, we collect the information you enter. That includes your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the property, such as its condition, your timeline, and your situation. We also keep a record that you checked the consent box, and the date and time you submitted the form.
If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your first name and email address.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your request, to send a guide or home valuation you asked for, and to follow up about real estate services. If you sign up for the newsletter, we use your name and email to send From the Triangle and related emails.
Who we share it with
To do that work, we share the form details with our customer relationship system, our email delivery service, our newsletter service, and an automation service that connects the form to those tools. We share only what those services need in order to respond to you, send what you asked for, and keep our records.
We never sell your information.
How to unsubscribe
You can stop hearing from us in any of these ways:
- Use the unsubscribe link in an email.
- Reply STOP to a text message.
- Contact Daniel by phone or email and ask to be removed from calls, texts, and email.
If an email does not show an unsubscribe link, reply to that email and ask to be removed.
Cookies and your browser
This site does not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies, and it does not run a third-party traffic tracker.
If you vote in a survey, the site sets a cookie in your browser so that vote is counted once.
The site also stores a few small notes in your browser, on your device, so it can remember a form you already started, whether you asked to speak with an agent, and whether you closed the newsletter card. Those notes stay on your device. They are not sent to an analytics company.
